Our 30 Inch Magnetic "Happy Sweet 16" car bows are constructed of durable, high gloss PVC so that they can be used indoors or outdoors. "Happy Sweet 16" is hot-stamped on the tails with vibrant white foil. They come with two tails that measure 30" x 5".
